Blue Sky Private Equity is currently raising the BSPE EC2010 Private Equity Fund (comprising the Blue Sky Private Equity 2010 Trust (ARSN 145 246 386) and the Blue Sky Private Equity 2010 Institutional Trust). Blue Sky Private Equity Limited is the Trustee of each of these trusts and has, in order to meet demand from investors, decided to extend the first closing date for each trust to 17 September 2010.
